Kensington Aldridge Academy is a brand new, 11 to 18 school, opening in new buildings to Year 7 in September 2014. Our sixth form will open in September 2016. The flagship London academy of lead sponsor The Aldridge Foundation, co-sponsored by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, KAA is located in Ladbroke Grove in the heart of North Kensington, and is part of a £60 million development called the Kensington Academy and Leisure Centre project.

The academy represents a unique opportunity to create a school which has the very highest standards for students and staff. Our vision is to be outstanding in all areas, with results to rival the most successful schools in the UK. All students will be encouraged to stay for sixth form and to progress to university. We aim to take full advantage of being a start-up school, carefully growing our culture and setting high expectations from day one.

We are looking for exceptional people to fill the above positions and help lead the set-up of the academy, to induct our founder cohort of staff and students and then to lead the expansion of the school year on year. Like all Aldridge Academies, KAA will develop entrepreneurial attributes in students and staff. We are also a performing and creative arts specialist school.
